Mailyan Appliances allow successfully to carry out an orthodontic treatment of different hard types of Oral and maxillofacial system anomalies, the treatment of which in the world practice is used to be carried out complex (orthodontic treatment jointly with Oral and maxillofacial surgery).
The new construction of wireframe-spring orthodontic appliances (Mailyan Appliances) allows to correct the form and to achieve the growth of the alveolar outgrowth combined with the growth of the jaws.
The elasticity of the bone tissue is increased during intensive growth of the alveolar outgrowth, therefore chance to correct the form of alveolar arch is significantly increased and the teeth moving process is accelerated in all directions.
The usage of wireframe-spring appliances allow to have the following advantages:
· Growth of tissues of the alveolar outgrowth of patients for all age groups
· Significant decrease of surgical jaw correction
· Intensification of sagittal-transversal locomotion of individual as well as
several segments of dentition simultaneously

Increasing the size of the upper jaw is implemented without opening the median palatal suture.
Transversal increase of alveolar outgrowth promotes the growth of both jaws.
